Pincho Factory...YES!

So....Last night unfortunately we had to take our son to the Miami Children's Hospital ER after he banged his poor little head on the wall. Thank God everything was OK with him and we were sent home...BUT, we left at 11pm with a hunger that could only be satisfied with the best, that is PINCHO FACTORY.  Our friend Nedal Ahmad is part owner and a very amazing chef! Chef Pepin is constantly creating and inventing new and FUN burgers.  When we arrived to Pincho hubby ran inside to order fast (they close at midnight) and comes out very excited. He continues to explain how he just ordered the Texan Burger...wait, let me correct that a DOUBLE Texan Burger...See Below to compare.

Yes! that's Texan Toast in place of burger buns & Yes! that was his dinner. 'Nuff said? LOL Pincho Factory is not only burgers though, they are masters at Pincho's (of course), hot dogs, rice bowls, wraps and all things meat/chicken...they also have a delicious FRIED CHEESECAKE.  And to drink you have the choice of  a typical fountain drink, water, wine or a beer (see below).
